- Local Pick up at Elegance or Nom Nom Stores is Free.
- Local delivery within and around Johannesburg, South Africa is a flat rate of R150 outlying areas is subject to the price change and will be additional.
* All orders for delivery to the Rest of the World are charged by the weight of product and specific location – the cost for this is sent as a quote
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them as well as the insurance. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR WEBSITE PRODUCTS ONLY
We aim to deliver online purchases between 7 – 10 working days (excluding weekends)
Please note that while we always aim to deliver your product within the dates stated on the website, we cannot be held responsible for delays to any deliveries. Reasons for delay may be due to payment authorization, stock availability or international customs clearance. Please expect longer delivery times in peak seasons (Christmas, Public Holidays, Promotions etc).
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 7 days of delivery.
Note that we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any Create You Own or custom cut out pieces back. Bespoke and Made to Order pieces are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
